Social Agent University was founded by William Hegmann and Patrick Connell, as a way to help as many agents as possible take advantage of solid, useful information to grow and run their businesses. Using their business, social media, and real estate backgrounds, Social Agent University is sure to extend their reach to agents and brokers around the world.
William Hegmann, President
After 15 years in Technology and Sales (including 12 years at Dell Computers), William Hegmann decided to bring his technological expertise and sales experience to the Real Estate world. Since 2016, William has trained well over 16,000 real estate agents across the world (including the US, Canada, New Zealand, and South Africa) to generate leads using social media. To date, the Social Agent program has helped agents and lenders generate approximately 15 Million leads and facilitated over $10 million in agent to agent referral business.
On top of that, William co-founded Realty Solutions, a residential real estate brokerage based out of Austin, TX, and Lead Source Management, a lead generation, management, and follow-up service that specializes in helping real estate brokerages leverage lead generation for their agents.
In his spare time, William loves spending time with his girls, collecting shoes, and enjoying all the wonderful things life has to offer.
Patrick Connell, Dean of Students
After 12 years as a Paramedic, Patrick Connell shifted gears completely and went into real estate. Having grown up inside of a real estate family, he hit the ground running and quickly grew a large client and referral database.
In 2017, Patrick, along with William, founded Realty Solutions, a residential real estate brokerage based out of Austin, TX. As the Broker of Realty Solutions, Patrick oversees the management of the office staff, compliance, and over 70 real estate agents. In addition to overseeing Realty Solutions, Patrick also teaches a variety of continuing education and legal update courses throughout Texas. In 2019, Patrick and William started Lead Source Management, a lead generation, management, and follow-up service that specializes in helping real estate brokerages leverage lead generation for their agents.
In his spare time, Patrick loves spending time with his family, investing, reading, and learning as much as he can about a variety of topics.
